New User Technical Training Course - Level 1 (Introductory)

A Level 1 (Introductory) technical training course for new members of your team or those unfamiliar with system software. This course applies to all Oxford Instruments Plasma Technology platforms.

You'll learn how to:

• Operate PC4500/PTIQ system software in a risk-free environment
• Understand system alert messages
• Correctly utilise service mode/hold-force option to assist in isolation of system faults
• Write recipes
• Understand and respond appropriately to system alerts

The course can be adapted to suit the background, experience and needs of those attending.
