Oxford Instruments are pleased to invite you to our complimentary, free in-person workshop scheduled on the 18th of August 2026, focused on our most recent advancements in dry processing techniques for deposition, etching, system maintenance and optimisation, and service. The program will cover atomic layer etching, atomic layer deposition, compound material etching, and 2D material and quantum process solutions, and is restricted to users of Oxford Instruments plasma processing systems.

This workshop is organised by Oxford Instruments Plasma Technology in collaboration with nanoFabUK and Imperial College London, UK.
