LN2 AUTOCHANGEROVER UNIT FOR TABLE COOLING FLUID SWITCHING

Oxford Instruments Plasma Technology’s LN2 Auto Changeover Unit (ACU) enables table cooling fluid to be automatically switched between Liquid Nitrogen (LN2) and Chiller Fluid, via a recirculating chiller. The Auto Changeover Unit can be added as an upgrade to many of our systems, including systems with cryo-cooled electrodes.

Upgrade Suitability

The ACU upgrade is available for PlasmaPro 100 and Estrelas systems fitted with a Cryo-compatible electrode. It could also be used to purge chiller fluid from Hot Tables.

Upgrade Timeline

LN2 Auto Changeover Unit for Table Cooling Fluid Switching upgrades are typically installed within just two days, including the completion of post installation tests.
